URGENT, HELP NEEDED
We desperately need user evidence to support our DMMO claims, if you have used any of the following lanes please write to KCC and tell them so.
For example
Statement of Use of the Road Used as a Public Path (RUPP) ER179 Alkham, Kent.
I can confirm that I have used this public right of way on bona fide journeys on many occasions between 1995 and 2005 using a trail motorcycle.
I have always understood this lane to have vehicular rights; I have never been challenged about my use of this lane. The lane has never been blocked or sign posted to indicate that vehicular use is not allowed.
